If you're "Working from Home" or on "Out Duty", you can still Clock-In your attendance for the day.

Just follow the below steps to manage this:

  • On your Dashboard, you'll see a Request button

  • Click on that button, and you'll see a popup which appears with the following fields
    • Request Type: click and select "Clock In Request"
    • Location: this is where you select "Home" or "Out Duty"
    • Clock In Time: select the hour/minutes that you'd like to mention as your actual Clock In Time
    • Message: this is where you can specify your application request message to the Manager who has to approve this Work-from-Home or Out-Duty "Clock-In Request" before it's updated in your account.
      *if your Manager doesn't approve this request, you will show as Absent for the day (if you've not Clocked-In from office)

    • Click "Submit"

    As soon as you've sent this Clock-In Request, your Manager will receive an email notifying him/her about it. When s/he approves this request, you will be Clocked-In for the day and the time you specified in your request will show as your Clock-In time for the day.
