What is the So, you've added a new employee following all the right steps but the employee didn't get the email? Or may be the employee got the activation email but deleted it by mistake.
Don't worry, you can easily re-send the employee activation email (the email sent to a new employee, to activate his/her account).
- Go to the Directory
- You will see a list of pending activations
- Next to each pending activation employee, you'll see a button to "Re-send"
- Click Re-send
