What is the So, you've added a new employee following all the right steps but the employee didn't get the email? Or may be the employee got the activation email but deleted it by mistake. 


Don't worry, you can easily re-send the employee activation email (the email sent to a new employee, to activate his/her account).


  • Go to the Directory
  • You will see a list of pending activations
  • Next to each pending activation employee, you'll see a button to "Re-send"
  • Click Re-send



As soon as you click Re-send, our system will re-send the activation email to the employee.

NOTE: just make sure to ask all your employees to add our system email IDs in their address book, so that the emails don't get suspected as spam/junk by your email system.
